Breaking the Mold: My Journey into Instructional Design

For over two decades, I dedicated my career to education—teaching, leading, mentoring, and creating programs that changed lives. I thrived in crafting meaningful learning experiences, but something was missing. Traditional education, for all its strengths, often left little room for the innovation I craved. So, I decided to pivot, taking my deep expertise in curriculum development, multimedia, and engagement strategies and stepping into the world of instructional design.

I specialize in gamification, eLearning development, and multimedia-driven instruction—bringing the same passion that once filled concert halls into online learning environments, corporate training, and higher education. I don’t just design courses; I craft experiences that motivate, challenge, and inspire.
